Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Goldstar Supplements Ltd you are: entering a contract with us and agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions.
We reserve our right to change or remove all or parts of this web site including these Terms & conditions at any time without any notice. It is your responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions regularly for any changes.
Manufacturers continually change product specifications. Whilst we try our best to keep product descriptions up to date, they do not necessarily reflect the latest information available from the manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or outdated product descriptions and/or images. If however you notice any description irregularities, please let us know via e mail our e mail address is email@example.com and we will immediately update the information.
We strongly advise anyone who is vegan, vegetarian or of other special dietary needs refer to the official manufacturers web site for any product you intend to purchase as we cannot be held responsible for any ingredients not mentioned in the description. Thank you.

Price and Description
Prices and description of products may change without any notice. We will not be responsible for any inaccuracies typographical errors or omissions found on this web site. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase you will be fully refunded. All images of products on this site are for illustration only.
Order Acceptance Policy
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between the two parties (you & Goldstar Supplements) will take place on dispatch of the products ordered by you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following reasons:
Fraudulent activity. If you are purchasing on our web site for the first time your good will only be delivered to the cardholders address or you should complete the 3D security section as a security precaution. Failure to comply will result in our automatically dispatching to your billing address or cancelling your order.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification or a pricing or product description error
- The product you order being unavailable from stock
- You have input incorrect information (invalid card details, address, insufficient postage etc.)
- If there are any problems relating to your order, you will be contacted by us. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase products by you at any time
Payment by PROTEX
If paying by Protex, your account/address should be verified/confirmed or your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Due to the amount of packages we dispatch, orders can NOT be added to nor subtracted from or cancelled once placed.
Orders placed before 13:00 hours – we guarantee to dispatch the same day UK mainland only and normally delivered the next working day (Excluding Saturday & Sunday). Lighter items are sent via Royal Mail, (First Class Recorded) or Special Delivery. Heavier items are sent via Interlink Express. All items need to be signed for. Timed and Saturday deliveries are available at an extra cost. Tracking details will be e mailed upon dispatch.
You should contact us within TWO working days if you have not taken delivery or your goods by that time. We request that you correspond by e mail our e mail address firstname.lastname@example.org and not by telephoning our order lines please.
Returns Policy & Cancellations
Goldstar Supplements Ltd make every effort to ensure that the goods ordered reach you in perfect condition and on time. In the rare event of breakages during transit, shortages or the incorrect item being sent to you should correspond by e mail our e mail address is email@example.com and not by telephoning our order lines please.
All return packages incur a surcharge of £5.99 in addition to the initial postage cost.
Please inform the delivery driver and make a note on the delivery documents you sign.
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and supply photographs along with a description. You must also ensure that you retain the original packaging for examination by the courier in cases of missing or damaged items. Failure to do so may result in our inability to deal with your case. You are welcome to return items in original resalable condition (unopened, unused and in the original packaging) within 7 days of purchase and ask for a refund or replacement. Postage charges to return the goods to us and for us to send a replacement will be covered by yourself.
A cancellation charge of £0.50 is the standard amount banks charge and we reserve the right to deduct this amount to any refund made.
Special offer products are absolutely non returnable.
