Increasing Muscle and Size

Increasing your muscle size is not as easy as just visiting

the gym three times a week. Nutrition is a very important

catalyst for muscle growth. Some experts say that nutrition

plays the most important role in muscular development,

we agree. Looking at resistance

training and your diet as a ratio 80% of your success will

come from eating correctly and 20% from training right.

Without a good diet you are wasting your time, in some

instances you can lose muscle with a bad diet.

If you are serious about training and want to step on the scales

in a few months with an extra 5 to 10 pounds of lean muscle,

bigger arms, chest, legs and wider shoulders then read on…

What are weight gainers & protein powders?

To increase your weight you need to consume more calories

than you burn in a day. If you have a fast metabolism even

eating 5 to 6 small meals is not enough. This is where a good

quality weight gainer or protein supplement helps. Weight

gainers will provide you with the added calories needed for

weight gain and they are very convenient, offering all the

nutrients of a well balanced meal.

Now the easy part is to supplement your diet with a weight

gainer, the hard part is to find the right one for you. We recommend

a premium quality

weight gainer with low glycemic index (GI) carbohydrates and

high quality proteins. There are cheaper weight gain formulas

out there; however they are mostly made up of simple sugars.

Without getting too technical, simple sugars are a great source

of high calories whilst these calories are the wrong calories

and lead to unwanted fat gains. Our body uses fat reserves as

an energy source when consuming low GI foods. If we take in

simple sugars then the body stops using fat as energy and this

will lead to gains in fat mass which is not ideal if you want the

perfect beach body.

What are the benefits of weight gainers and protein powders?

When you first start training, the first few years will be when

you make your best gains. When supplementing your training

program with a good weight gainer you could experience

dramatic gains in muscle size and strength. Eat your normal

3 to 4 meals a day and supplement with a Mass

Gainer before and after training. Split your serving into two

servings to start with taking one 45 minutes before training and

one immediately afterwards. This will provide the body with

optimum nutrients aiding your workout and recovery time.

Recommended products:

C3

C3 (Complement factor 3) has been specifically formulated with the

professional athlete in mind. Two years in development,

extensive in-house field trails and two patents pending, there is

a new cell volumiser in town.

GROWTH Tech™ Consists of a blend of 3 creatine’s for improved bioavailability. Alpha-Keto-Glutarate AKG has been added for its potential vasodilation properties which may include rapid increase in blood-flow to the muscles being worked and this

may lead to an increase in strength and size within a very small

time frame.

IGNITE Tech™ Consists of a blend of nutrients to

ignite your workouts. The source of carbohydrates, vitamins and

minerals will provide the fuel, hydration and electrolytes needed

before, during and after intense training.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

the maintenance dose for at least 10 weeks for optimum results.

MASS GAINER

• High protein, high carbohydrate, low fat mass gainer

• High calorie drink packed full of anabolic nutrients

• Complex carbohydrate from low glycemic index sources

Our unique formula combines high biological value proteins

with a very low glycemic index complex carbohydrate that may

help build and repair muscle tissue providing optimum nitrogen

levels during workouts. Just enough carbohydrates are used to

fuel your workout, replenish depleted glycogen and help with

post workout recovery.

If you are a hard gainer looking for a product that takes the

guess work out of post workout recovery & is not full of

simple sugars then this is the product choice for you. Other

manufactures produce cheap mass gainers which are very low

in good proteins and packed full of simple sugars. This type of

product will contain masses of calories but they will be from

incorrect sources, usually high in glycemic index carbohydrates.

This may lead to unwanted gains in fat mass which is not ideal

for active healthy people.

Unlike other mass gainers, this one is virtually

sugar free (only contains 6.5 grams per serving of intentionally

added fructose for liver glycogen replacement) and also contains

a high amino acid profile & anti-catabolic agents.

Mass Gainer is a complete meal that is very low in fat, great

tasting and easily digestible.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

As a dietary supplement, use 3 heaped scoops [100g] per

serving, depending on bodyweight in 450mls of skimmed milk

or water. Can also be used in pancake mixes, breakfast oatmeal,

muffins and waffles.

WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE

•Whey Isolate for fast protein absorption ideal as a pre

workout shake.

•L-Glutamine for improved recovery.

•Colostrum 15 grams for improved recovery & strengthened

immune system.

•High levels branched chain amino acids (BCAA) for

improved performance.

Whey Protein is an exclusive protein blend using the most

advanced low temperature separation process. This complex

process incorporates state of the art cross flow micro-filtration

methods which protect the amino acids providing you with the

absolute best quality protein available.

Two of the key ingredients in this product that differentiates it

from a normal whey protein are the added colostrum and high

levels of whey isolate. The Colostrum used in Whey Protein is

manufactured using the low-heat spray method. This method

will ensure that the anabolic & anti-catabolic components are

protected and deliver their maximum potency. Isolate is the most

expensive protein to produce, is the best quality Whey money can

buy and that is why it is used by many top professional athletes.

The isolate used in Whey Protein is imported directly from New

Zealand where one of the best isolates is manufactured.

To optimise this formula we have added Fructo-Olligosaccharides

(a Prebiotic) and Lactobacterium (a Probiotic) in support of

optimum health and nutrient absorption.

Whey Protein has a unique ingredient generically

named Optigestyme™. This ingredient may have significant

anabolic boosting properties.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

As a dietary supplement use 1.5 rounded scoop per serving,

(depending on bodyweight), in 450mls of skimmed milk or

water. Can also be used in pancake mixes, breakfast oatmeal,

muffins and waffles.
