UK Mainland Only - (excluding Scottish Highlands)

Orders withing the UK mainland will now be delivered FREE of charge (excluding the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Jersey, Guernsey & Ireland).
Orders placed before 3:00pm will be dispatched the same day and will normally be delivered the next working day - (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

The order cut off point for next day delivery is 3:00pm. Orders that are placed on a Friday upto 3:00pm will normally be delivered on the following Monday and orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be delivered on the following Tuesday/Wednesday.

Lighter items will be delivered by Royal Mail (First Class Registered Post) and heavier items i.e. 3kg upwards will be delivered via our courier service.

Once your order has been dispatched a tracking number will be generated and we will e mail this information to you in order that you can then track the progress of your consignment online.

All deliveries must be signed for, however if you are not present then the pacel may be left with a neighbour or a colleague and their signature will be used as a proof of delivery. If for any reason the package can not be left either with yourself or another person then a calling card will be left detailing the consignment number, tracking number and arrangements for you to either collect the parcel yourself or to re-arrange an alternative time for delivery. Should the parcel not be collected from the depot or should no alternative arrangements be made for re-delivery after a period of five days then the consignment will be returned to our depot and you will be liable for return delivery charges.

Goldstar Supplements Ltd make every effort to ensure that the goods ordered reach you in perfect condition and on time in the rare event of breakages during transit, shortages or the incorrect item being sent to you should correspond by e mail. Our e mail address is info@goldstarsupplements.co.uk and not by telephoning our order lines please.

All return packages incur a surcharge of £5.99 in addition to the initial postage cost. Please inform the delivery driver and make a note on the delivery documents you sign. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and supply photographs along with a description. You must also ensure that you retain the original packaging for examination by the courier in cases of missing or damaged items. Failure to do so may result in our inability to deal with your case satisfactorily. You are welcome to return items in original resaleable condition (un-opened, unused and in the original packaging) within 7 days of purchase and ask for a refund or replacement. Postage charges to return the goods to us and to send a replacement will be covered by yourself.

A cancellation charge of £0.50 is the standard amount banks charge and we reserve the right to deduct this amount to any refund made.

CONSIGNMENTS NOT RECEIVED.

Tracking information for your order will be sent to you by e mail and this will detail the tracking number as given by the courier service.

Should your order be sent utilising the services of Royal Mail first class registered post and you have not received it then we are obliged to wait 14 days from the date of dispatch before Royal Mail will consider the parcel as lost and we can then and only then re-send your order and claim for the loss.
